How It Works at Tee’in Off
At Tee’in Off, we’ve made playing golf indoors as simple, flexible, and enjoyable as possible. Our self-service Trackman golf bays are designed so you can walk in, set up, and play world-class courses in minutes – whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.

1: Book Your Bay Online
Head to our online booking system to choose your date, time, and bay. Select the number of players (1–4) and the session length. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and entry instructions.
2: Arrive & Check In
Tee’in Off is open daily from 6am to 10pm, giving you the flexibility to play morning, afternoon, or evening. On arrival, simply follow the signs to the self-service entry system. Use the touchscreen kiosk to enter your booking code or name to check in.
3: Set Up & Select Your Game
Each bay is powered by the world-class Trackman iO system. Once you’re checked in, you can choose from: A driving range session to fine-tune your swing. A virtual round on one of over 200 world-famous golf courses. Fun mini-games and practice modes, perfect for families or friendly competitions. Use the intuitive touchscreen to make your selection - the system will guide you through each step.
4: Tee Off & Enjoy Your Game
Grab your clubs, step onto the mat, and take your first swing. The radar and camera sensors capture every detail of your shot - from swing speed to ball flight - delivering instant feedback on the screen. Compete against your friends, improve your game, or just enjoy the experience of playing incredible courses from around the world.
5: Wrap Up & Relax
When your session ends, the system will let you know. Gather your belongings, exit the bay, and you’re done - no waiting, no fuss. And if you loved your round (we think you will!), you can book your next session instantly online.
